Delicious bites of cheesecake, perfect for a small craving!
these currently come in 3 different Flavours with all 3 having our classic Vanilla cheesecake inside.
First we have Caramelized White Chocolate. Through the caramelization process the white chocolate looses some of its sweetness as the caramel flavour takes over. This is one you HAVE to try!
Our second is our dark chocolate sea salt. We use a 54% dark chocolate as we find it has the perfect balance of not too bitter and not too sweet. Perfect for snacking. We then lightly dust them with Mediterranean Sea salt to balance the sharp flavour of chocolate.
lastly we have our ruby raspberry. This is a ruby chocolate coated bite with freeze dried raspberries sprinkled on top. The ruby chocolate is a naturally occurring pink chocolate with a light citrus aftertaste. We decided to pair this with three stride raspberries to add a light tang to every bite. This one has easily become a favourite of many!
